Dear Valued Employees, Customers, Partners and Community Members:
Wow! What a year. 2019 was certainly one for the record books for us here at RJE. It’s hard to choose between all of our exciting developments, but here are some of the highlights:
- We expanded again with our new location of Columbus, Ohio. Columbus is a thriving market that complements our growing Enterprise strategy and further builds our brand as the Midwest’s premiere workplace solutions provider. With this expansion, we’ve also welcomed many new faces to the RJE family. To Tarra, Ben, Kelli, Megan, Melissa, Barb & our local Knollie Sara, we are thrilled and proud to have you representing us in our newest hometown.
- We celebrated a strategic realignment at our Indy HQ with Shelly Langona taking over the helm as Market President. While Indianapolis will always hold a special place in my heart as our first location and my home city, this move has allowed me to step fully into the CEO and Owner role to champion the further growth of our Enterprise.
- Finally, we welcomed a new interior construction partner, Falkbuilt, to all of our markets. I’m excited to see their talented team bring digital-component construction to the Midwest.
All of us at RJE will never forget or take for granted the value of our customers. We strive every day to deliver unmatched service and performance, but most importantly, we aim to always do what we say we will do and take care of our customers.
This past year, we were graced with some incredible opportunities and were proud to have delivered on our promises. This could not have been accomplished without our amazing team of people that live and breathe the RJE values. With this inspired group, we will continue to surpass client expectations and support the communities where we work and live. For all of this, we are very grateful.
