​​​​​​​At RJE, community engagement is about more than just checking a box. Giving back is the cornerstone of our company culture.

Why? Put simply, it’s the right thing to do, especially for one’s neighbors. That’s why we make a point of volunteering and donating in the communities we call home. Unsurprisingly, our team members share our philanthropic spirit. At both RJE locations, staff participation in workplace volunteer initiatives is consistently high.

As a company we are especially proud of our work with the United Way, our core philanthropic partner. As two-time winners of the United Way of Central Indiana’s Spirit United Award, we are honored to be recognized for our volunteer and financial support of United Way’s mission and priorities.

We may be workplace experts, but our impact extends well beyond the workplace. As we grow, so will our commitment to lifting up those around us through intentional and empathetic community engagement.
