Earlier this week, Knoll announced their agreement to combine with Herman Miller, blending the two iconic design brands. Unanimously approved by the Board of Directors of both companies, the transaction is expected to close by the end of 2021’s third quarter.

Our core partnership with Knoll has flourished over the past 30 years as RJE has created inspiring spaces across the country, working with clients of all sizes and industries. The recent Knoll news does not currently change RJE’s approach to doing business or change who your main contacts are at our company. Going forward, we will continue to work with our customers and partners as we always have—through delivering spaces that inspire and providing excellent service to our customers. This is the beginning of a new chapter in Knoll’s history, and RJE embraces the possibilities these two design powerhouses provide and look forward to what this next chapter holds for both Knoll and our company.
