Nothing says summer like ice cream (or popsicles) on a warm day.
Recently, RJE Indy gathered in the All Day Café to celebrate summer and teamwork with an ice cream social. Rewarding creativity was the name of the game, as the “best” sundae was awarded bragging rights.
Team members brought in surprise elements for their sundae to create classic flavors as well as push limits and inspire new creations. While the regulars were there (Oreos, hot fudge, and whipped cream) we also saw something new… Takis and lime!
The clear winner on the day was RJE senior project manager Tim Coulter’s Takis and lime creation, No Reaction. Tim’s son Mason helped to create the flavor profile and name. Tim shared, “Mason was excited to try this combination. He thinks the sweet and the spicy mix well together. The name came from a popular social media trend.”
