How long have you been with RJE and what do you do at our company?
I’ve been with RJE for 10 years and I’m the design director for the Cincinnati location
What led you to RJE?
I was in high-end residential design prior to coming to RJE and was looking for something in commercial design. One of my senior thesis mentors knew I was looking to make a change and got me in touch with RJE who had an opening in the design department…the rest is history from there!
What has been your favorite project so far?
Valvoline
What is your favorite thing about working at RJE?
That as much as we do the same tasks every day, every day is completely different, and it keeps you on your toes! Also, the people…everyone is always willing to help each other no matter what.

What does hugging your customer mean to you?
Doing whatever you can to assist a customer…whether it be a big or small item
What does an inspiring space include in your eyes?
A space that feels comfortable and inviting. A space that you want to come into each day and create something in. It also needs to be functional for your specific work needs. And let’s not forget it needs to be beautiful with pops of colors, textures, and patterns…hello! designer here, ha-ha
What can customers expect from working with you?
That I will do all that I can to help solve their problems and get them the space that they were hoping and dreaming for
Why are you excited about the Allsteel partnership?
Despite being in the Allsteel world for almost 2 years, it’s nice to have new products to present to clients for their projects. It’s also exciting to see how HNI develops products in this ever-changing office furniture world
What is your current favorite product from Allsteel and its portfolio of brands?
Mural…it’s newer to the market and already has so many great options that speak to the evolving workplace and it will be interesting to see how it grows and expands from here!

You are a new addition to a crayon box. What color would you be and why?
Blue…it’s my favorite color and it has so much depth to it. Some days it is bright and shiny and other days it is moody and intense, but no matter what variety it is in, it mixes well with everything.

The crying laughing emoji 😂 or the monkey with their hands over their eyes 🙈
Favorite way to spend your free time
With my family, friends, and my husband. And doing projects on our home
