She’s a huge champion of RJE (both internally and externally), wearing many hats, ensuring that our customers are always taken care of, and that we are upholding the expectations set forth by the team. What led you to RJE?
Nancy Wright was a designer I had worked with years before. She reached out to ask me if I would be interested in working at RJE. I loved their Hug Your Customer philosophy as well as the people. I never looked back.
What has been your favorite project so far?
Wow, that is a tough question, there have been so many. Many great elements go into every project, and they are all special in their own way. The common denominator is the people — all the great projects have great people involved.

What does hugging your customer mean to you?
Going above and beyond what our customer or partner expects of us. Always putting the customers’ needs first.
What does an inspiring space include in your eyes?
Lots of choice! It is inspiring to walk into an office and be able to choose a space that fits the work that needs to be accomplished, as well as connects you to the people working there. Space impacts the way we work and feel. Those types of spaces just don’t happen, they take thought. We should always be asking ourselves how can we use the space to enhance our culture and inspire those who use it.
What can customers expect from working with you?
Someone who has their best interest at heart and will do what I say I will do.
What is your current favorite product from Allsteel and its portfolio of brands?
Zilenzio Acoustical products. It was difficult to pick one!
Describe yourself in three words.
Dedicated, caring, inquisitive.
You are a new addition to a crayon box. What color would you be and why?
Periwinkle. It makes me think of spring and all the flowers blooming.
What emoji do you use the most?
🤪 Zany face – most of the time it is to describe something silly…. but I can use it when things get a bit crazy at work.
Favorite way to spend your free time.
I love hanging out with family and friends at our lake house.
Cats or Dogs?
Dogs, but we don’t have a dog. I guess having three kids kept us busy enough.
Favorite place you have ever been
Santorini, Greece. After going there, I appreciate the saying “It’s all Greek to me”. It was interesting trying to figure out road signs and all other things written using the Greek alphabet.

There are many favorites along Mass Ave!
Favorite movie or tv show at the moment
I just started watching The Reluctant Traveler. Eugene Levy is a hilarious tour guide!!
