How long have you been with RJE and what do you do at our company?
It’s going on 7 years with RJE — 2 years as a lead installer and 5 years as a project manager.
What led you to RJE?
I worked with RJE for several years as a subcontractor before being employed by them. I knew then that I wanted to be part of the culture.
What has been your favorite project so far?
Any of the projects at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB). I enjoy working through the additional challenges that come with working on a military base and the relationships I have developed with base personnel.
What is your favorite thing about working at RJE?
The culture, hands down. I’ve always felt valued, appreciated, and part of the RJE family.
Describe RJE in three words
Family, dedicated, thoughtful.
What does hugging your customer mean to you?
It’s providing top notch service and being professional at all times. It involves addressing issues in an expedited fashion, communicating, and listening to the customers’ wants/needs.
What does an inspiring space include in your eyes?
I prefer open or collaborative areas because of the wide range of products that can be incorporated into these areas. I enjoy seeing designs/products that are new to me.
What can customers expect from working with you?
Clear communication and coordination from beginning to end. My goal is to make any installation as effortless and smooth as possible for the end user.
Describe yourself in three words.
Hardworking, organized, self-motivated.
You are a new addition to a crayon box. What color would you be and why?
Green. 2 reasons — it’s very calming to me and it reminds me of spring/summer.
What emoji do you use the most?
I don’t do many emojis, but I do use the “thumbs up” a lot. 👍
Favorite way to spend your free time
Attending the sporting events of my 3 kids.
Cats or Dogs?
Dogs! I have 2 — a 10 pound chiweenie ( ½ Chihuahua , ½ mini dachshund) named Turner and a 95 pound black lab named Charlie.
Favorite place you have ever been
Anywhere with sun, sand, and water (the beach!).
Favorite downtown Cincy spot
Great American Ball park. Nothing better than a ball game on a nice summer night in Cincy.
Favorite movie or tv show at the moment
I prefer classics, as I’m a product of the 80’s/90’s – my all-time favorite shows include, King of Queens, The Office, That 70’s Show, Top Gear. For movies it’s, Back to the Future (entire trilogy), Gladiator, Unforgiven, and all the Rockys.
Any personal mantra or words to live by that you follow?
I have several — treat others as you’d like to be treated, you get out what you put in, hard work pays off in the end (just to list a few).
